Most leadership training starts by taking you away from your job for a 1-3-5 day seminar where they teach you a ton and then expect you to remember everything when you get back to your work.

Nils' LTI System begins with the premise that you are already busy doing your job.

This design enables everything to be integrated into your life. Here's what I mean by that...

There is time that you will spend watching the training videos and going through the associated workbooks to learn the tools for the area you are focusing on for the month.

Before I got into my first role as a people manager many years ago, I got an MBA in Management and Organizational Behavior and also became a certified leadership coach.
