How much time should I expect to spend in this program?
This program features Nils' exclusive LTI System which stands for Leadership Tool Integration System.
 
Most leadership training starts by taking you away from your job for a 1-3-5 day seminar where they teach you a ton and then expect you to remember everything when you get back to your work.
 
Nils' LTI System begins with the premise that you are already busy doing your job.
 
This design enables everything to be integrated into your life. Here's what I mean by that...
 
There is time that you will spend watching the training videos and going through the associated workbooks to learn the tools for the area you are focusing on for the month.
 
Then, you will integrate the tools into your daily life. Since you are already busy having 1:1's, conversations with your boss, giving presentations, etc. you will be able to integrate the tools I teach into all of these activities.
 
Once you start implementing, you are going to have questions. You can always attend the LIVE Friday Leadership Q&A call with Nils that happens each week.

I'm a manager, is this program for me?
As a manager, you have one of the single most important jobs of anyone in your organization. The reason for that is you are the closest person to the front-line workers doing the work of the company. 

Everyone's background is different but the truth is that the vast majority of mangers were promoted into their position and given no guidance, support, or coaching and were essentially told to "figure it out."

This was actually what happened with me when I became a manager. Thankfully, I had the foresight to acquire the skills I would need in that position before I got into the position.

I got an MBA in Management and Organizational Behavior and became a certified leadership coach before getting promoted for the first time to be a people manager.

Is this a 1:1 program or a group-based program?
While this is a group-based program, there is an opportunity to also get 1:1 coaching with Nils in a private area.

In the private area, the questions you ask and the responses provided by Nils will not be visible to anyone in the group.

For individualized guidance or sensitive questions, this is a great option.

The private 1:1 coaching area with Nils is only available with the Premium membership level.
I'm not a manager yet, is this program still for me?
