How much time should I expect to spend in this program?

Most leadership training starts by taking you away from your job for a 1-3-5 day seminar where they teach you a ton and then expect you to remember everything when you get back to your work.

I'm a manager, is this program for me?
As a manager, you have one of the single most important jobs of anyone in your organization. The reason for that is you are the closest person to the front-line workers doing the work of the company.
